Ingram Mercantile

Merchant policy

Effective 11 Sep 2026 · Neobanx Software, Inc. · Software, not a bank.

1. Approval first

Public Pay with $POCK links and branded shop pages go live only after Neobanx approves the shop and you complete Check Out Setup (your dest and at least one SKU). Applying is not approval. We may approve, hold, limit, or decline any shop.

2. What you provide

Business name, your name, email, what you sell, and typical volume. Optional business identifiers (for example a US EIN and confirmation of a business bank account) help us complete review. After approval: a Solana dest you control, plus SKU name and price.

3. Review and limits

We review each application. Approval usually within minutes. Shop limits (ticket size and velocity) are set per shop from the information you provide and our risk review. Limits can change. We do not publish a public cap table.

4. Listing hygiene

We check more than twenty parameters when you apply, and we keep watching listed shops for violations. That includes an OFAC check against current U.S. Treasury sanctions lists (SDN and related public lists) and other free public U.S. government records that are reasonable to consult. A match or a failed quality check is held for review. We rescreen when those public lists update. This is listing hygiene — not a bank BSA/AML program, not CIP, and not a certification that a shop is clear for every purpose.

We do this because security is one of five core values — privacy, security, self-sovereignty, innovation, and community — and security has to be reconciled with the other four. Not because a bank charter requires it. We do not publish the full checklist, thresholds, or matcher internals.

5. Lawful trade

We only list lawful shops. We refuse illegal activity, including child sexual abuse material, illegal weapons trafficking, illegal drugs, and human trafficking. We may decline any shop.

6. Settlement

Customer $POCK lands at your dest. Final. We do not hold the keys. Reserve % is your bookkeeping, not our cut. Not a bank, exchange, or acquirer.
